Welcome to Floraison USA (“Floraison,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, booking our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- SERVICES
Floraison provides luxury real-touch faux floral rentals, floral styling, event design, and related services for weddings, events, photoshoots, real estate staging, and special occasions.
All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Floraison.
- INQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS
Quotes provided by Floraison are estimates based on information available at the time of preparation.
Pricing, availability, and floral selections may change until a booking is confirmed through a signed agreement and receipt of the required retainer.
- BOOKINGS AND RETAINER
A non-refundable retainer equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total booking amount is required to reserve an event date.
The retainer compensates Floraison for reserving the event date, design planning, administrative work, and loss of potential bookings.
No event date is considered reserved until both:
• A signed agreement is received
• The required retainer has been paid
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the client agreement.
- CANCELLATIONS
If a client cancels a booking, the retainer remains non-refundable.
Additional payments may be refunded at Floraison’s discretion based on work completed, materials purchased, and expenses incurred before cancellation.
Floraison reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
- RENTAL ITEMS
All floral rentals, arches, stands, candles, vessels, and decorative items remain the property of Floraison unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are responsible for ensuring rented items are protected from theft, vandalism, excessive weather exposure, misuse, or damage during the rental period.
- DAMAGE OR LOSS
The client agrees to reimburse Floraison for the repair or replacement cost of any rental items that are lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or not returned in their original condition.
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
- DESIGN VARIATIONS
Floraison specializes in custom floral design.
While every effort is made to match inspiration photos, mood boards, and color palettes, slight variations in flower placement, color tone, arrangement style, and design details may occur.
Such variations do not constitute a breach of contract.
- PHOTOGRAPHY AND PORTFOLIO USE
Floraison may photograph completed floral installations, arrangements, and event setups for use in marketing, advertising, social media, website portfolios, and promotional materials.
If a client wishes to opt out, written notice must be provided before the event date.
- WEBSITE CONTENT
All photographs, graphics, logos, designs, written content, and other materials displayed on this website are the property of Floraison unless otherwise noted.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floraison shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Floraison’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
- PRIVACY
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Floraison reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
